This asana practice is 75 minutes long and has everything you need for a full & productive practice! We tie in both traditional & modern techniques that will challenge both your mind & your physicality. ! I created this flow for all levels. It is the staple of my yoga asana practice. I share a little about the chakra system and talk about health and wellness. We do a meditation at the end! I hope you enjoy it!
